We suggest using a high resolution VGA splitter such as our VGS2 or AWP1 when using long cables. There are several good reasons for this... 1. To allow the computer’s monitor and a remote display to be connected at the same time 2. To amplify the VGA signals so that they arrive at the remote display in good condition 3. To allow the remote display to be blanked for the purpose of controlling your presentation 4. To form a protective buffer between the remote display and your computer’s graphics output.
